Help

Clear answers before you import

Does my statement upload to Rows to Books?

No. Parsing, normalization, generation, and verification run in your browser.

Why do I need to choose a date format?

Values such as 03/04/2026 are ambiguous. We block guessing and ask you to choose month-first or day-first.

Does a failed export use my allowance?

No. A server reservation is released when generation or parse-back verification fails.

Can I download the same result again?

Yes. Re-downloading the same in-memory complete result does not create another reservation.

Will QuickBooks or Xero always accept the file?

No universal guarantee is possible across products and versions. Rows to Books verifies structure and preserved transaction meaning, then discloses remaining limits.

What happens when I close the tab?

Financial rows and generated output are cleared. You may need to choose the source file again.

Where are Pro mappings saved?

Only in local storage in the current browser, using normalized column names and roles—not row values.
